1. Acceptance
Using SpoiledPotato means agreeing to these Terms; acceptance is also captured explicitly before a first upload (see the pre-upload gate).
2. Eligibility & age
Minimum age (13+ for the US beta); no under-13 accounts (COPPA).
3. Your content & the licence you grant
You keep ownership of what you post; you grant SpoiledPotato the licence needed to host and display it. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.
4. Acceptable use & prohibited content
Defines objectionable content and prohibited conduct — see the Upload & Community Guidelines.
5. Copyright & repeat-infringer policy
Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated. Takedowns follow the DMCA process.
6. Moderation, suspension & termination
Reporting, moderation actions, suspension, account deletion, and appeals.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Provided "as is" during beta.
8. Changes to these Terms
How changes are announced and re-acceptance handled.
