What you can and can't post. Final wording pending review; the outline below reflects the beta's content policy and the publisher/platform constraints it must honour.
Reviews must be commentary
Uploads are game reviews — your own footage with your own commentary or critique. Straight rips of gameplay or trailers without commentary aren't allowed (this is also what keeps reviews within publishers' commentary allowances).
No monetization during beta
Reviews are not monetized in the beta. Don't post content whose purpose is advertising or paid promotion.
Background music
Music you don't have the rights to (including in-game licensed tracks) can trigger copyright claims — keep it out of your recordings where you can.
Prohibited content
- Illegal content, harassment, hate, or threats
- Sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualizes minors
- Content you don't have the rights to distribute
- Spam, scams, or impersonation
Enforcement
Content can be reported and removed; accounts can be suspended or terminated. Removals can be appealed. Repeat copyright infringers are terminated (see DMCA).
